News for April 7th, 2008
Well, somebody has to clean up.
In other news, I just finished reading Small Favor from the Dresden series. I was not going to buy it straight off of release but it suddenly showed up on the doorstep. As if by magic! That was not really the case. The best bit was opening it up and seeing the autograph. What can I say, Nitui loves me.
Last and least...Battlestar Galactica season three...we are about halfway though it and I must admit that it is by far the worst bit of Battlestar I have seen. Oh yeah, I've seen Battlestar Galactica 1980, and I really have been hating most of the third season. The only redeeming part was dropping the ship into the atmosphere and having it nearly hit the ground. Of course, they couldn't even get that right. There was no sonic boom and not thunderclap when it disappeared. I guess the new breed of scifi does not need any kind of realism, ever.
Well besides getting a new flash video done for work not much happened this week. We did get to hang out with our bro Neo and bought some large dice but most of the weekend was devoted to reading as I'm sure Ninja will tell you. Currently I'm reading the seventh book in the Dresden series - Dead Beat. It's a pretty good set of books if you haven't already check 'em out.
See ya next week.
